Cancellation requests must be made by:

• For orders placed within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date: Cancellation is free of charge.
• For orders placed more than 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date: A cancellation fee of 20% of the order total will be applied.

We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation request that is made after the scheduled delivery date.
